We provide you with the lab support you need so our services can become an integral part of your practice or business. The personable and knowledgeable professionals in our general, consultative, educational and technical client support services groups are available to serve your needs and to answer your questions.

Courier Services

Courier service is provided to all HealthLab clients, Immediate Care facilities and Central DuPage Hospital (CDH) affiliates. For questions or changes to your courier service, contact client services at 630.933.2633.

Supply Services

Most supplies necessary for specimen collections are provided to clients. They may be obtained by completing a HealthLab supply requisition form and forwarding it to the supply department via courier, fax or mail, or they can be ordered through Atlas. Please allow one week for delivery of lab supplies. If you have any questions, please contact the supply department at 630.933.2063.

Educational Support

Consultation services are available for specimen collection techniques, specimen handling and processing and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) regulations.

Account Customer Services

HealthLab is dedicated to improving the quality of patient care. An account services coordinator is available to help client staff with topics such as proper completion of test requisition, Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) medical necessity guidelines, supply ordering and report formats.
